DHL Shipping and Delivery Policy

At Terra Ross we strive to deliver your orders quickly, reliably and safely worldwide by partnering with the world leader in courier services – DHL Express. Shipping prices and terms vary depending on your location, weight of the shipment and type.
1. When is the order shipped?
We process and ship all orders received on weekdays (Monday - Thursday) until 11:00 AM. Orders received after this time, on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
2. Delivery zones and terms
The shipping cost is dynamically calculated in real time based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact delivery time and price will be shown to you before finalizing the order.

I. Shipments to the European Union

• No customs formalities: Deliveries within the EU are considered domestic. No additional duties, fees or taxes
  Delivery times:

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over 149 euros.
• Options: DHL Express or DHL ECONOMY

II. Shipments to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

• All duties and taxes included: We handle customs clearance for you. The price you pay is final. There are no hidden fees.
• Delivery times:

• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over 149 GBP
• Options: DHL Express or DHL ECONOMY

III. United States of America (USA)

• All duties and taxes are included: we take care of all customs clearance. You don't have to pay anything extra upon receipt.
• Delivery times: 1-5 business days.
• Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over 149 USD

IV. For all other countries

• Customs duties and taxes: For orders outside the above areas, the recipient is responsible for paying all local import duties, taxes and fees. These fees are **not** included in the product or shipping price. DHL will contact you directly to arrange these before delivery.
  
• Delivery times: 2-7 business days (may vary depending on the destination).
• Free Shipping: We do not offer free shipping for this area. The price is calculated dynamically.

Options: DHL Express

Important for all international shipments: The customer is responsible for checking that the products in their order can be legally imported into their country. Terra Ross is not responsible for products detained by customs authorities.

3. Tracking the shipment

• As soon as your shipment is shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number. You can use this number to:
• Track your shipment on the official DHL website.
• Receive updates on the delivery status.
  Make changes to the delivery (e.g. rerouting) directly with DHL.

4. If you are absent during delivery

The DHL courier will attempt to deliver the shipment to the address provided. If you are not present, they will leave a note with instructions. Additional delivery attempts or storage of the shipment in a depot may be charged by DHL.

5. Return of shipments

If the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer's refusal to pay customs fees (for the "Other countries" zone) or non-collection, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
